Jenny James

Jenny James is a successful singer-songwriter whose songs have been recorded by Tanya Tucker, Carlene Carter, The Judds, and KT Oslin. In addition to recording two Country and Americana music albums “Jenny James” and “Short On Sleep, Long On Love,” Jenny has recorded a Trance record with the group Arrested Amnesia and an alternative Rock EP “Dead Queen.” Additionally, her publishing companies (HollywoodTrax, One Stop Songs) are producing music for film and television. Jenny recorded “Takin’ A Trip In The Veggie Van,” the theme song for the film, “Fields of Fuel” which won the audience choice award at the Sundance Film Festival. Most recently, Jenny has been working with producer, Mark Christian, and will be releasing her third album soon. Jenny also works as a college professor at Oxnard College and has been painting (using acrylics) for the past decade.
